METHOD FOR ATTACHING TRIPLEX USING A HEATING PAD

PURPOSE: A triplex sticking method using a heating pad is provided to control temperature and apply optimal hardening temperature and time according to various types of adhesives. CONSTITUTION: A triplex sticking method using a heating pad comprises the following steps: coating adhesive on an insulation panel(S10); laminating the triplex on the spread adhesive(S20); laminating a protective film on the triplex and a heating pad on the triplex(S50); heating the adhesive by providing electricity to a heating layer of the heating pad while pressurizing the heating pad(S60); separating the heating pad after required time for hardening the adhesive is expired(S70); and removing the protective film after separating the heating pad.
