PURPOSE: An enclosed compressor is provided to secure a wide compressing space so that the capacity of the compressor increases. CONSTITUTION: An enclosed compressor comprises a shell, a fixed shaft, an upper support member, a lower support member, and an accumulator(500). A stator is fixed to the shell. The fixed shaft supports a compressing unit(400) connected to a rotator. The fixed shaft is supported by a fixing member in an axial direction. The upper support member is placed more highly than the compressing unit, and supports the upper part of the stator. The lower support member is placed below the compressing unit, and supports the lower part of the stator. The accumulator is fixed to the fixed shaft above the upper support member. |
