PURPOSE: An electronic prescription system, a hospital EMR(Electronic Medical Record) device, a relay device, a pharmacy PMS device, and a charging method thereof are provided to enable the pharmacy PMS device to transmit charging information to a relay device, thereby enabling the relay device to calculated costs to the pharmacy PMS device and the hospital EMR device. CONSTITUTION: A hospital EMR device(100) generates an electronic prescription based on diagnosis of a patient. The hospital EMR device encodes the electronic prescription as authentication information of the patient. A relay device(130) receives and stores the encoded electronic prescription. The relay device charges charging information about an electronic prescription. The relay device transmits the charged costs to the hospital EMR device and a pharmacy PMS device(150).
