PURPOSE: A light shielding tape for a flat display device and a cutter device thereof are provided to prevent lifting of the light shielding tape. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of linear cutting lines(110a) are separated at a first interval along with a bar-shaped longitudinal direction. A light shielding tape(110) comprises a base film(114), an ink layer(112), and an adhesive layer(116). The ink layer and the adhesive layer are formed on both sides of the base film respectively. The linear cutting lines are formed on the ink layer and the base film. |
