PURPOSE: An electronic payment providing method, system, terminal, and communication management apparatus are provided to authenticate electronic payment by additionally comparing an identification number with a security token between a terminal and a communication management apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A communication management apparatus stores first payment information and first identification number(S414). In case inputted PIN(Personal Identification Number) information is authenticated, a terminal creates a second security token by using a second identification number and second payment information(S422,S424). The communication management apparatus creates first security token by using first payment information and a first identification number(S428). In case the first security token and the second security token is matched, the communication management apparatus processes payment approval for an electronic payment request signal(S438). |
