PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a hydrogel is provided not to need cross linking agent and/or curing agent which are harmful for human body, thereby preventing problem of residual toxicity in the hydrogel due to a curing agent and/or a crosslinking agent, and not requiring additional processes for removing residual curing agent and/or crosslinking agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hydrogel comprises a step of irradiating a polymer solution, of which concentration is lower than overlap concentration, and temperature is 0-80 °C, with ionized radiation. The polymer is at least one selected from a group consisting of polyvinylalcohol, polyethylene oxide, polyhydroxyethylmethacrylate, polyethyleneglycol, and polyvinylpyrrolidone. The concentration is 0.1-1.0 wt%, and the weight average molecular weight of the polymer is 1,000 - 1,000,000 g/mol. |
