PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of high dispersion and high concentration carbon nanotube solutions is provided to apply as an electrode coating solution. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of high dispersion and high concentration carbon nanotube solutions comprises the following steps: manufacturing a dispersed solution by adding 0.001-0.08 weight% of non-ionic dispersing agent within an aqueous solution containing 1-10 wt% of carbon nano tube powder having 0.01-0.06g/cc of apparent density; pulverizing and desiccating the dispersed solution in which the carbon nanotube is contained; and manufacturing a high concentration carbon nanotube dispersion solution by decentralizing at high speed after adding a dispersion solution which includes 1-5 parts by weight of non-ionic dispersant based on 100.0 parts by weight of the desiccated carbon nanotube cohesion powder.
