PURPOSE: A charging and billing system using a smart connector is provided to easily charge a battery by a fast authentication procedure in short time. CONSTITUTION: A transmission and reception unit(210) communicates with a billing part and a power supply part using wire communication or wireless communication. A display unit(220) confirms an authentication procedure, battery available capacity and a fee. An input and output unit(240) communicates data among the billing part, the power supply part and a smart connector. A control unit(250) controls a magnetic switch and the smart connector. A battery measuring unit(260) measures necessary information for available capacity, a standard and a charge of the battery.
