AXIAL FLOW FAN AND OUTDOOR UNIT FOR AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: An axial flow fan and an outdoor unit of an air-conditioner having the same are provided to accomplish an increase of an air flowing amount and a noise reduction by rotating an axial flow fan without changing designs of other components constituting an outdoor unit. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit(100) of an air-conditioner comprises a casing(110), an outdoor heat exchanger(120), an axial flow fan(20), a motor(140), and an orifice(150). The casing comprises an inhalation hole(111) and a discharging hole(113) for an intake and discharge of outdoor air. The outdoor heat exchanger is installed inside the casing and refrigerant flows in the inner side of the outdoor heat exchanger. The axial flow fan performs a heat exchange between a fan and the outdoor air. The motor provides a driving force for rotating the axial flow fan. The orifice guides the outdoor air to be discharged to outside of the casing through the discharging hole.
