PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing high content of milk-derived cream is provided to resolve a stickiness problem. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition contains 10 wt% or more of cream from desaccharified milk. The cream includes fermentation cream and raw cream. The external use skin composition is used in the form of a lotion, cream, toner, essence, and pack especially used in the form of cream and lotion. The composition additionally contains wax, oil, cleanser, surfactant, colorant, and flavoring agent. |
