PURPOSE: An advertisement service providing method and advertisement service providing apparatus are provided to promote the acceptance of advertisement by providing customized advertisements and the interesting information of a user to a user terminal which receives the advertisements. CONSTITUTION: A type of an advertisement service is manufactured by combining text, sound, images, or videos(S100,S110). The content of the advertisement service is manufactured as the customized advertisement service according to the interesting field of a receiver which receives advertisements(S120). The advertisement service is provided to the receiver which desires to receive the advertisement service during call waiting time(S130).
