PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of hydrogel nanostructure using ionized radiation and a template is provided to manufacture hydrogel nanostructure having the excellent intensity using ionization radiation and a mold. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of hydrogel nanostructure using ionized radiation and a template comprises the following steps: injecting polymer liquid or polymer molten solution into an air gap of porous nano-template; irradiating 0.1-50kGy total energy dose of ionization radiation on the polymer molten solution or polymer liquid; and removing a porous nano mold(10). The polymer is one or more selected from polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene oxide, poly (hydroxymethyl)methacrylate, polyethylene glycol and polyvinyl pyrrolidone. The average molecular weight of the polymer is 1,000-1,000,000g/mol. The concentration of the macromolecular solution is 0.05-10wt%. |
