PROCESS FOR PREPARING AROMATIC POLYAMIDE FILAMENT

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating aromatic polyamide filaments is provided to resolve problems occurred in case of using a solidifying solution and to improve colors and fiber physical property. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating aromatic polyamide filaments comprises: a step of condensing p-phenylene diamine and terephthaloylchloride to prepare polymers; a step of dissolving the polymers in sulfuric acid to prepare a spinning dope; a step of passing the spinning dope through an air layer and solidifying solution to prepare fibers; and a step of passing the fibers through a washing solution. The washing solution contains ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid of structural formula 1(C_10H_14N_2O_8Na_22H_20).
