PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to prevent leakage of electrolyte in a welding part of an electrode terminal, cap plate, and a case because the top of an insulative bag is thermal-set to the floor of a cap plate, thereby improving assembling workability. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery(100) comprises: an electrode assembly(110) rolling a first and a second electrodes(111,112) in which an uncoated parts are respectively formed, and a separator(113); an insulation bag(140) comprising a connect member for electrically connecting the uncoated part and the electrode assembly, accepted into the electrode assembly; a case accepting the electrode assembly, and the insulation bag, and an opening is formed; a cap assembly in which a cap plate(161) sealing the top opening of the case is formed; and an electrode terminals(120,130) electrically connected to the connection member, projected to outside the cap plate. An opening formed in the top of the insulation bag is thermalcompressed to the bottom floor of the cap plate. |
