System, Server and method for providing an environment for application development based on GPOS

PURPOSE: A GPOS(General Purpose Operating System) based integrated type application development environment providing system and a server and method thereof are provided to process the development of application and give the reliability for purchasing the developed application. CONSTITUTION: An application development environment providing server(130) comprises a developer portal and a buyer portal. A database(150) stores development tools and applications. At least 2 of kind of different terminals comprises a Smart phone of one or more GPOS base for connecting to the application development environment providing server. A syndicator(170) supports data synchronization between terminals.
