PURPOSE: A mini POS(Point of Sale) terminal and an operation method thereof are provided to automatically order insufficient food materials by grasping food material consumption according to volume of orders of a menu. CONSTITUTION: An information receiving part(110) receives menu order information from a wireless terminal(165). A food material information handling part(115) checks specific food material consumption corresponding to the menu order information. The food material information handling part deducts the checked specific food material consumption from the pre-stored specific food material stockpile. A food material stockpile checking device(120) checks whether the specific food material stockpile drops to below a standard value or not. A food material order handling unit(125) creates food material order information. An information supplying unit(135) transmits created food material order information to a food material administration server. |
