PURPOSE: An electrode assembly is provided to form many micro holes in a positive electrode and a negative electrode by micro protrusions formed in a rolling roller through a rolling process of a positive electrode and a negative electrode. CONSTITUTION: An electrode assembly comprises a positive electrode(10), a negative electrode(20), and a separator(30). At least one micro holes for wetting(11,21) is formed on the positive electrode and negative electrode. The diameter of the micro holes is 10-100 micron. The positive electrode and the negative electrode are arranged to dislocate respective micro holes. A manufacturing method of the electrode assembly comprises a step of forming at least one or more micro holes on an electrode plate by passing an electrode plate, in which an electrode active material is spread, through a press roller, in which micro protrusions are formed.
