PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and apparatus for positive electrode active material are provided to prevent precipitation of iron salt from an input line, because iron solution and lithium solution in mixed state, mixed in a premixer in advance, contact with super-critical water. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for positive electrode active material comprises: a premixer(12) for mixing iron solution and lithium solution which are inserted through lines different each other; a main mixer(20) mixing supercritical water and mixed solution mixed in the premixer; and a reactor(30) generating positive electrode active material through supercritical reaction of the mixture mixed in the main mixer. A manufacturing method of the positive electrode active material comprises: a step of pre-mixing iron solution and lithium solution; a step of mixing the mixed solution with supercritical water; and a step of generating the positive electrode active material by supercritical reaction of the mixed solution and the supercritical water.
