PURPOSE: A device and a method for supplying hot water of a cold-and-hot water dispenser is provided to conveniently use by easily selecting an amount and temperature of water in which a user wants because the amount and temperature of the water being supplied to a hot water tank are indicated by a digital method. CONSTITUTION: A device for supplying hot water of a cold-and-hot water dispenser comprises a hot water tank(20), a water amount control button(40), a temperature control button(50), a water amount sensing sensor(44), and a control unit. The hot water tank is installed in the inside a body(10) so that water supplied through a water supplying pipe(22) and a water supplying valve(24) is stored. The water amount control button is comprised in an operation panel(30) of the body, thereby selecting an amount of the water supplied to the hot water tank. The temperature control button is comprised in the operation panel of the body, thereby selecting a temperature of the water supplied to the hot water tank. The water amount sensing sensor is installed in the water supplying pipe or hot water tank, thereby sensing the amount of the water supplied to the hot water tank. The control unit controls a target water amount through opening and closing the water supplying valve.
