PURPOSE: A voice and data integrated management system is provided to rapidly and accurately manage errors and QoS(Quality of Service) for voice and data network apparatuses in integrated environment by inspecting the traffic state of a connection port. CONSTITUTION: An IP-PBX(Internet Protocol-Private Branch eXchange) apparatus(10) transmits information for registered apparatuses to a data switch(20). The IP-PBX manages errors according to apparatus state information collected by communicating with the data switch. The data switch manages information for the IP-PBX apparatus connected with the data switch and the apparatus information transmitted from the IP-PBX apparatus. The data switch inspects the connection and packet exchange state of the apparatuses and the traffic state of a connection port. The data switch transmits the apparatus state information to the IP-PBX apparatus. The data switch manages QoS for each apparatus according to the QoS request of the IP-PBX apparatus. |
