ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

摘要

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode is provided to control the brightness of a center region of the organic light emitting diode to be demoralized by thickly forming the thickness of a center region of a second electrode and reducing resistance of the center region of the second electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is formed on a substrate(111). An organic light-emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(730) is formed on the organic light-emitting layer. An insulating layer comprises an opening(807) exposing a part of a center region of the second electrode. A power supply unit(901) supplies power to the second electrode. The power supply unit is electrically connected with the second electrode through the opening. A flexible printed circuit board contacts with a part of the center region of the second electrode which is exposed by the opening of the insulating layer.
