PURPOSE: An electronic cold air generator is provided to efficiently cool a thermoelectric element by forming a vacuum unit in the circumference of a body where a cold air generating unit is installed. CONSTITUTION: An electronic cold air generator comprises an air supplying unit(11), a cold air generating unit(20), and a cooling unit(40). The cold air generating unit is installed in a body(10) where an exhaust hole is formed. The cold air generating unit comprises a thermoelectric element, a cooling water circulating unit, and a radiation plate. The thermoelectric element generates heat 5 degrees centigrade lower than an outdoor temperature. The cooling water circulating unit cools the heat generated by the thermoelectric element. The radiation plate discharges cold air of the thermoelectric element.
