PURPOSE: A lining cover apparatus for a concrete structure is provided to prevent the contamination of the surface on the concrete structure from sunlight and other external containments. CONSTITUTION: A lining cover apparatus for a concrete structure comprises the following: a cover member(30) covered by a lining member(20) installed on the structure(10); and a member fixing unit fixing the cover member and the lining member to the structure. The lower side of the cover member is located under the structure. The cover member is obtained by combining plural boards or unit boards.
