PURPOSE: A user customized advertisement providing system and method thereof are provided to respectively offer customized advertisements to a user terminal according to advertisement providing environment and conditions. CONSTITUTION: A user inherent ID(Identification) issuing unit(210) respectively provides user inherent ID to user terminals. A customized advertisement extraction unit(250) confirms advertisement extraction conditions for the user terminals. The customized advertisement extraction unit extracts advertisement products corresponding to the advertisement extraction conditions. The customized advertisement extraction unit establishes the extracted advertisement products as targeting advertisement for the user terminal. An advertisement providing unit(270) respectively provides advertisement materials to the user terminals.
