PURPOSE: A procurement management method for bank articles and apparatus thereof are provided to offer products to each bank by automatically checking office materials which are necessary for the banks. CONSTITUTION: The quantity of average demand for office materials of a bank and residual threshold values according to the average demand are determined(100). The residual quantity of the office materials for each bank is checked on determined time(102). It is determined whether the residual quantity is lower than the residual threshold values(104). A procurement signal is outputted when the residual quantity is lower than the residual threshold values(106). The procurement signal is transmitted in order to supply the office materials to a bank where the residual quantity is lower than the residual threshold values. |
