PURPOSE: An auxiliary heating device for a ceiling-type air conditioner is provided to prevent dew condensation during cooling operation and to improve heating efficiency during heating operation by forming a heating unit on a front panel. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary heating device for a ceiling-type air conditioner comprises a front panel(110) and a heating unit(130). The front panel has an inlet(112) and an outlet(114). The heating unit supplies heat to the front panel and has a heating wire(132) and a radiator panel(134). The heating wire is formed on the rear surface of the front panel and is heated by an external power source. The radiator panel is formed on the rear surface of the front panel to cover the heating wire. |
