PURPOSE: A collection and delivery task load managing system and a method thereof are provided to perform the task adjustment and standardization according to a collection and delivery task overload through objectively measuring and assessing about collection and delivery task load. CONSTITUTION: A collection and delivery task load calculator(120) calculates a collection and delivery task load according to each collection and delivery unit and period. A collection and delivery task load calculation result managing unit manages the collection and delivery task load according to each collection and delivery. A collection and delivery task load control unit adjusts a collection and delivery task, based on collection and delivery task load managing information.
