PURPOSE: A hard-to-form lightweight plate forming device using electromagnetic force is provided to reduce electric energy consumption through short manufacturing period and able to proceed non-contact forming semi-permanently by replacing a punching mold with an electromagnetic coil. CONSTITUTION: A hard-to-form lightweight plate forming device(100) using electromagnetic force comprises an electromagnetic force generating unit(110) and a plate forming unit(120). The plate forming unit works a plate through electromagnetic force. The electromagnetic force generating unit comprises an electromagnetic force generator(111) and a process controlling unit(112). The process controlling unit controls variable elements and measures discharge waveform.
