PURPOSE: A door lock system and a method for managing the same are provided to improve security efficiency by managing the history of a user by including a means for taking a photograph of the user and storing data of the user. CONSTITUTION: A door lock system comprises a keypad(10), an RF(Radio Frequency) recognizing module(20), an access identifying unit(30) by a digital camera, an upgrade with memory back-up means, and a center information processing means. The keypad inputs a specific incoming and outgoing signal. The RF recognition module recognizes a plurality of identifications. The access identifying unit extracts the shape of an access. The upgrade with memory back-up means stores information according to a signal identification means, a recognition identification means, and an access shape extracting means. The center information processing means drives a door lock by certifying the saved information and loads a program for operating incoming and outgoing history management.
