PURPOSE: A torsion bar coupled with an additional pipe expansion part by welding and a manufacturing method thereof, a suspension device comprising the same, and a manufacturing method of the suspension device are provided to change the shape of a pipe expansion part by comprising additional pipe expansion parts. CONSTITUTION: A torsion bar(100) coupled with an additional pipe expansion part by welding and comprises a tube part(10), and a pipe expansion part(20). The tube part is comprised in a torsion beam. The tube part is comprised in the both sides of wheels. The pipe expansion part is comprises different diameter of side ends(21, 22). One end of the pipe expansion part is inserted in the tube part and coupled with the end portion of a tube part by friction welding. The pipe expansion part is composed of a high strength spring tube.
