PURPOSE: A differential amplifier for removing noise is provided to obtain good noise characteristics, a small circuit size, excellent high frequency property, and small power consumption by eliminating noises from an output signal due to thermal noise in a transistor. CONSTITUTION: A differential amplifier(10) comprises a primary amplification part(100), a first noise removing part(200), a second amplification part(300), and a second noise removing part(400). The primary amplification part receives an input signal. The first noise removing part eliminates thermal noise generated from the primary amplification part. The first noise removing part outputs an output signal having an inversed phase based on a phase of the input signal. The second amplification part includes a transistor serving as a common gate and a transistor serving as a common source. The second noise removing part eliminates the thermal noise generated from the second amplification part. |
