PURPOSE: A double insulation structure of a window frame and a sash frame is provided to minimize the transfer of heat, noise, and vibration by installing an auxiliary window frame between a window frame and a sash frame. CONSTITUTION: A double insulation structure of a window frame and a sash frame is composed as follows. A sash frame(23) is formed by integrating the vertical and horizontal frames of a window frame of a window(10). A first groove(21b), in which a first gasket(21a) is inserted, is formed on the outer surface of the vertical frame. A second groove(22b), in which a second gasket(22a) is inserted, is formed on the inner end of the horizontal frame. A sash insulation groove(24a), in which a sash insulation material(24) is inserted, is formed on the side of the second groove. A heat cutoff material(25) is attached on the end of the horizontal frame. A window frame(30) is formed by integrating indoor and outdoor frames(32,35). A heat cutoff material(31) is attached on the indoor frame. A window frame insulation groove(35b), in which a window frame insulation material(35a) is inserted, is formed on the indoor frame. The window frame adheres to an auxiliary window frame(40) supported to the window frame insulation material attached on the indoor frame. |
