PURPOSE: A lighting device and a lighting system including the same are provided to efficiently sense a fine brightness change by controlling the sensitivity of an image pickup device or controlling the open degree of an iris diaphragm. CONSTITUTION: A lighting unit(110) includes a plurality of light emitting devices. A camera module(120) senses brightness in a lighting place and includes an image pickup device, an iris diaphragm which controls an amount of light inputted to the image pickup device, and a lens unit. The camera module transmits a feedback signal for controlling the amount of light to the lighting unit. A frame(130) receives the lighting unit and the camera module.
