PURPOSE: A separator for solid oxide fuel cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and a fuel cell including a separator are provided to simply form gas flow channels and increase quality of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A separator for solid oxide fuel cells(20) comprises a metal board(26) and a first channel layer(28) made of electroconductive ceramic which forms gas flow channels by being installed in a pre-determined pattern. The board is composed of ferrite-based stainless steel or Fe-Ni alloy. The board additionally includes a protective coating layer(29) formed between a single-side of the board and the first channel layer of the board. The first channel layer comprises lanthancobaltite based ceramics having a perovskite structure.
