PURPOSE: A rolling flow control method in a hot rolling process is provided to prevent rolled materials from sticking by reducing the friction of a rolling roll and materials and adding special materials into the rolled materials. CONSTITUTION: A rolling flow control method in a hot rolling process is as follows. The friction coefficient between a rolling roll(100) and rolled materials(200) estimated in real time. A rolling flow(300) to be supplied between the rolling roll and the rolling materials is calculated by the estimated friction coefficient. Rolling oil is variably supplied between the rolling roll and the rolling materials by the calculated rolling flow.
