PURPOSE: A surface processing method of finex hot compact iron is provided to prevent or reduce dust generation during a reclaiming process even after storing the surface treated finex hot compact iron for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A surface processing method of finex hot compact iron comprises the following steps: uniformly spreading fluorine acryl based copolymer and a coating solution on the surface of the finex hot compact iron; cooling the high temperature finex hot compact iron at the rear end of the finex hot compact iron manufacturing facility; and surface treating the finex hot compact iron by spreading the coating solution over the entire surface. The coating solution is composed of 1-10 wt% of fluorine acryl based copolymers, 5-20 wt% of the surfactant, and rest amount of water. The fluorine acryl based copolymer is composed of one of fluorine ethylacrylate, perfluoro ethylacrylate, and poly. The surfactant is either polyoxypropyleneglycol or polypropylene glycol. The fluorine acryl based copolymer additionally includes molasse as an additive.
