PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly soil panel and a manufacturing method of floor materials are provided to prevent crack generation by compressing a soil mix which uses natural soil as a main material in order to manufacture the soil panel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environmentally-friendly soil panel comprises the following steps: preparing a basic soil which mixes masa(a kind of soil), loess, and silica and a soil mix(120) which mixes 5±1% of chaff based on the weight of the basic soil with 10-30% of mixed cement based on the weight of the basic soil; filling the soil mix in a mold frame(110) for the panel or on the surface in which the floor materials will be constructed; compressing the top of the soil mix using a pressurizer(130); and evenly spreading an acrylic polymer(140) on top of the compacted soil mix and desiccating thereof.
