PURPOSE: A by-product processing system for by-products of microalgae oil residue is provided to minimize the amount of sludge and to reduce costs related to the processing of the by-products. CONSTITUTION: A by-product processing system for by-products of microalgae oil residue comprises a pretreatment device(110), an acid fermentation tank(120), a methane fermentation tank(130), a purifying/isolating device(140), a microalgae culture machine(150), and a methane energy facility(160). The pretreatment device is used for extracting oil from the microalgae and pre-treating the remaining by-products at 110-130 deg. C. The purifying/isolating device is used for purifying and isolating bio-gas prepared from the by-products. The bio-gas contains carbon dioxide and methane which are respectively moved to the microalgae culture machine and methane energy facility.
