An LED illumination lamp and a lamp fixture thereof are disclosed. The LED illumination lamp includes a lamp core (5) and a radiating fin. The radiating fin is provided with a plurality of stamping ribs (4) in laminated structure. Using this structure, the cost of the radiating fin is reduced and the radiating area and the radiating capacity are increased. Shutters or crossed vent holes are provided on the ribs (4). Using this structure, the influence of the gesture of the radiating fin to the performance of the radiating fin is reduced significantly. The lamp fixture further includes a power supply (2). The power supply (2) is separated from the radiating fin, and vent holes are provided on a power supply cavity shell (3), thus improving radiating performance of the power supply, simplifying the structure and reducing the cost. |
