According to the present invention, a service mashup system comprises: a validity-checking module, which receives a validity check request message for information for composing a service from a user terminal, and checks the validity of the information; and a process-publishing module, which receives a process-publishing request message containing the information for composing a service, the validity of which was checked, generates a URI for the information for composing a service, receives the URI, the information for composing a service, and the information on a process and specifies the process, and publishes a unit service including the process specification.
