A system and method for clearing granular rights is disclosed. The system comprises communication module, a territorial requirements engine, an existing license module and a determination module. The communication module for receives, from a service provider, a description of a service to be provided for an asset in a territory. The territorial requirements engine determines a territorial requirement for providing the service in the territory based at least in part on a territorial rule for the territory. The existing license module determines a missing right based at least in part on the territorial requirement. The determination module determines a preferred licensor for purchasing a license for the missing right in the territory. |
