The electrical energy storage device stores electric charges in the volume of electrodes consisting of compound semiconductors. The electrodes are non-microporous, and charging and discharging process are performed without mass transportation. The electric field effects are produced by the valency change one of the components of the compound semiconductors (2,4) under the influence of the loading process.
