The arrangement (1) has a bending spring (3) i.e. plate spring, fixed in an end region (2), and a receiving element (4) arranged in a deflection region such that the bending spring is spaced from the fixed end region during load conditional deflection of the bending spring. The receiving element is arranged in a connection region of the bending spring and another bending spring. The former bending spring and/or the receiving element comprise a friction-reducing coating. The bending springs are manufactured as a single piece.
