PURPOSE: A domestic waste reactor is provided to manufacture homogenized cellulose of constant particle diameters by reacting, stirring, and pulverizing domestic waste with steam of high temperatures and pressures. CONSTITUTION: A domestic waste reactor includes a base frame(10), a rotating frame(20), a reaction container(30), a steam supplying part(80), and a steam discharging part(90). The rotating frame is rotatably combined with the upper side of the base frame. The reaction container is arranged at the rotating frame such that the reaction container statically rotates. Domestic waste is pulverized. The steam supplying part is arranged at one side of the reaction container and supplies steam into the reaction container. The steam discharging part is arranged at another side of the reaction frame and discharges steam from the reaction container.
