<p>A high-voltage ceramic capacitive sensor for on-line monitoring local discharge of an electric generator is provided. The sensor comprises an epoxy resin shell made of insulating material whose shape is similar to a supporting insulator, and an epoxy resin umbrella cluster(7) provided on the circumference of the shell. A circular metal electrode(2) and an external lead(1) are provided on one end of the shell, and a metal basement(11) is provided on the other end of the shell. A ceramic capacitive core(5) is provided in the shell, and the ceramic capacitive core(5) has an upper copper electrode and a lower copper electrode, and the upper copper electrode is connected to an upper electrode(3) embedded in the inner of the shell by a conducting metal bar(4), and the other end of the upper electrode(3) is connected to the circular metal electrode(2). A metal band(6) is connected to the lower copper electrode, and the other end of the metal band(6) is connected onto a lead bolt(8) provided in the middle of the lower end of the shell. The capacitive sensor is connected to the high-voltage side of the electric generator to monitor local discharge, and can operate in a long term under high-voltage circumstances and enable on-line monitoring of the insulation state of the stator winding of the electric generator.</p> |
