<p>PURPOSE: A power supply device is provided to improve reliability by detecting input state of a power source and automatically reducing standby power. CONSTITUTION: An AC power source output unit(102) stores and outputs an AC power source. A rectifier(103) rectifies the output of the AC power source output unit. A direct current output unit(105) outputs the output of the AC power source output unit as a DC power source through the rectifier. A standby power reducing unit(110) detects whether the AC power source is inputted or not. The standby power reducing unit discharges stand-by power saved in the AC power source output unit. The standby power reducing unit comprises an AC power source detection unit, a bias voltage supply unit, and a discharge unit.</p> |
