<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thorombin receptor antagonist immediate-release formulations of acceptable dissolution characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In some embodiments, the invention is directed to a solid pharmaceutical formulation for oral administration comprising a compound 1 which is separately shown or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and at least one disintegrant, wherein the amount of the compound 1 is less than about 10% of the weight of the formulation.
