<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for effectively alleviating symptoms of fatigue caused by alcohol intake of a healthy person, i.e., alcoholic fatigue. <P>SOLUTION: Alcohol drinking is a widely accepted custom for living a fulfilling life such as stress release and communication improvement, however, alcohol drinking frequently causes fatigue such as next-day weariness. For solving the problem, there is provided the alcoholic fatigue alleviating agent to safely and effectively alleviate and improve fatigue caused by alcohol intake, i.e., alcoholic fatigue, by containing two components of ornithine or its salt, and alanine or its salt as active ingredients.
