<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To entirely braze the whole circumference between a pair of a box shape or bottomed cylindrical shape first member 1 and a second member 2 with high pressure resistance. <P>SOLUTION: An expanded opening part 3 is formed on an opening end outer periphery of the first member 1, a gap 9 is formed between the expanded opening part 3 and the second member 2, a base 4 of the expanded opening part 3 and the outer periphery of the second member 2 are adhered with each other, and a clearance between them is closed. A brazing filler metal 7 is held between an opening end 6 of the expanded opening part 3 and the outer periphery of the second member 2, and is melted, and is made to intrude into the gap 9, and a fillet 8 of the brazing filler metal is held between the confronting surfaces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
