<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch disk wear detecting device helping reduce kinds of indicators. <P>SOLUTION: The indicator of the clutch disk wear detecting device is set on a clutch housing via a stay. A slide base is fixed to the stay. A slide base seat to which the indicator is fixed is movably equipped on the slide base, wherein the indicator is structured to be movable along the slide base via the slide base seat.
